Integrity

Our personal and corporate integrity is at the heart of everything we do at 2B, and our very existence relies on it. We are only as good as our ability to stand by the values we believe in, and integrity is our first, most precious value.

Connectedness

2B, is run as a Family Office, where employees, portfolio companies, and founders are considered as family. Our family is built on the understanding that we are all connected. We rise by elevating others.

Family

As 2B is a Family Office VC we choose to manage it whereby all stakeholders are regarded as family. We mean this in the sincerest way and not at all as a cliché. Loyalty, trust and solidarity are the foundations of our family and the values we use to achieve success. The Hub is our home, and we bring to it as much of ourselves as we do in our private lives. There is no difference between who we are at “work” and who we are at “home” and we welcome it.

Self governance

We strongly believe in self governance as a means for success of the group. One is expected to be able to manage oneself on all levels and shine. We encourage growth, change, independent thought, honesty and being true to oneself. Authenticity is key to being all you can be, and through self-expression and commitment to your dreams it is possible to change the world and impact the way things are done.

The purpose of business is to solve social economic and environmental problems while building transformative relationships with all stakeholders.

Impact investing was novel a decade ago, and now it has become more common. We believe that every company and fund can positively impact all stakeholders—customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, management, and the community or country.
As a business community, it is our responsibility to address social injustices and hardships by serving as a conduit for change where governments fall short. The new world is on the path of moving away from traditional capitalism to purpose led capitalism for the growth and wellbeing of all.
At 2B we aim to inspire others to follow our One Bottom Line blueprint to provide outstanding financial returns to shareholders whilst implementing social change simultaneously.
